Rules:

Men and women playing separately except mixed doubles.
Three age groups A (under 21), B (21-50) and C (over 50).
Order of sports played is subject to a draw each year.
In each qualifying round players will play 5 different racquet sports matches agains each other, in equally formatted, full lenght games.

RACQUETHLON X - any combination of 5 or 4 racquet sports
however you need to follow our guidelines.
